Suomi.fi Messages sends notifications about new and unread messages to your email address. Remember to provide the email address you regularly read as a contact. This will ensure you notice the arrival of important messages. Remember to also keep your set e-mail address up up-to-date. You can change your email address later in your message settings.

If you have downloaded the Suomi.fi mobile application to your phone, you will receive an email notification along with a pop-up notification when you receive a new message.

The submission of notifications is often supported by various technical means, but Suomi.fi Messages cannot ensure that notifications will always be received in all cases. Therefore, remember to check Suomi.fi Messages regularly.
