Use of messages

You can use Messages via a mobile application or a web browser on a PC and mobile device.

The application contains the same messages and in great part the same functionalities as the Web Service’s Messages service, but it only includes a limited selection of services that allow you to act on behalf of another party.

In the mobile app

  • you cannot act on behalf of another person
  • only the register-based services of a company are available. 

Register-based service use means that the e-service verifies your right to act on behalf of a company, association or other organisation in basic registers and the authorisation register.
