Activate Messages

To activate Suomi.fi Messages you will need

• your own personal identity code
• a strong identification token (bank IDs, mobile certificate or certificate card)
• your own functional email address that you regularly read. Your email address may not contain special Nordic characters (e.g. ä, ö, å).
• the possibility to read your emails during the activation of Messages, as you will be sent a confirmation message on activation to this email address.

Use a personal email address you read regularly for Suomi.fi Messages, and not, for example, a shared family email address.
