Notification of an unread message

If you have not read a new message in Suomi.fi Messages within a week of its arrival, you will be sent a reminder by email. Unread messages are not reported using push notifications sent by the Suomi.fi mobile application.

An email notification will be sent for messages requiring confirmation of receipt (verifiable service) after 3 days.
