The service provides support and advice on using for example Suomi.fi e-Authorizations, Suomi.fi Identification and other Suomi.fi services.

The previous Public Service Info was ended on January 1, 2026. General advice on public services is no longer included in the service.

• Calls and waiting time are charged at the local network and mobile phone rates specified in the caller's contract with their operator.

• The SMS channel can be used by special groups who need it, such as people with speech and hearing impairments. The SMS service is only available on Finnish mobile phone subscriptions.
• Calls and SMS to Public Service Info are only charged the local network, mobile call or SMS fee according to your operator's phone plan.
