Feedback is regularly collected from the users of the Enterprise Finland Telephone Service and the Yrittäjän talousapu (Financial counselling for entrepreneurs) service. Feedback on phone calls is collected once a year, and in chats and service requests, the customer satisfaction survey is carried out on a continuous basis.

In 2022, Enterprise Finland Telephone Service received an average score of 4.8, while the figure for Yrittäjän talousapu counselling service was 4.5 (both on a scale of 1 to 5).
