Consumption and consumer rights - learning materials

During the assignments, pupils will familiarise themselves with buying from online shops, telemarketers and mail order companies, problems encountered by travellers, and travel and consumer protection. Through these assignments, they will get to find information about the terms and conditions of return in online stores and the relevant instructions when buying a travel package and find out how a person staying or travelling abroad should act in problem situations. 

The assignments may be done in class, and they can be done independently, in pairs or in a group.
