If you are an adult and select "Act as yourself" as your role, you will see the following:
on the Granted mandates page, everyone that you have granted mandates to
on the Received mandates page, everyone that you have received mandates from.
If you select "Act on behalf of a company or organisation" as your role and select the organisation whose mandates you want to view, you will see the following:
on the Granted mandates page, everyone that the organisation has granted mandates to
on the Received mandates page, everyone that the organisation has received mandates from.
If you are the guardian of an underage child and select "Act on behalf of another person" as your role and the child whose mandates you want to view, you will see everyone that has been granted mandates on behalf of the child on the Granted mandates page.
On the Expired mandates page, you will see the mandates whose period of validity has expired or those which have been invalidated prior to expiry. Expired mandates are displayed on the page for 15 months after their expiry date.
Picture: You can access the Granted mandates and the Received mandates from the left.
If you click on the name of the assignee, you will see all the mandates granted by you to them.
If you have a large number of granted mandates, you can:
search for the mandates granted to a specific person, company or organisation by the name, part of name or identifier of the assignee.
search for mandates granted for certain mandate themes or with certain specifier
limit the list based on the period of validity of the mandates.
Valid: The assignee can act on behalf of the assignor.
Not valid yet: The assignee can act on behalf of the assignor from the start date of the mandate.
Invalid: The assignee cannot act on behalf of the assignor because some of the details of the mandate have changed. Invalidate the invalid mandate and grant a new mandate if necessary.
The mandate theme is not in use: The assignee may no longer be able to act on behalf of the assignor because the mandate theme used in the mandate is no longer used for new mandates. Check whether the mandate theme that is no longer in use can be used for acting on behalf of someone in the e-service you need. Grant a new mandate if necessary.
Expired: The mandate has expired, and you can no longer act on the basis of the mandate.
Adults will receive a reminder of mandates that are expiring soon if they have activated Suomi.fi Messages.
A granted mandate can be deleted by invalidating it in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. You can find the instructions on the Invalidating mandates as a person page.
The mandates granted before death are automatically invalidated, as the estate will manage the affairs of the deceased person thereafter.
When the assignor or the assignee has passed away, the mandates can no longer be viewed in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. If a person to whom you have granted mandates or from whom you have received mandates dies, you will no longer be able to see the mandates in which they were the other party. Such mandates are not transferred to the Expired mandates page.
