You can email the Digital and Population Data Services Agency safely with secured mail. Select the correct addressee from the drop-down list of the secured mail function. You can also find the address in the details of the relevant service.
Please note that in some situations, scanned documents will not suffice and you will have to deliver the original documents to the agency.
