What must the donee do when the continuing power of attorney ends?
The obligations of the donee depend on the reasons why the power of attorney ends. The power of attorney may end because the donor dies. In that case, the donee must hand over the donor’s property to the estate shareholders.
The donee must also prepare the final statement for the estate unless the donee is explicitly relieved of this obligation in the power of attorney document.

When do my rights as the donee expire?
Your rights as the donee end immediately when your tasks as the donee end. After that, you should contact different parties (such as banks) to find out how bank account user rights and other rights are terminated.
