How representatives of an organisation grant mandates jointly

The initiator of the authorisation process is a person who may start an authorisation process in the organisation. The mandates are granted in the same manner as in the granting of mandates alone but the mandates must be validated jointly.

1. The initiator selects "Act on behalf of a company or organisation" as the role.
2. The initiator provides the mandate details in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations. The initiator can also add themselves as an assignee.
3. The initiator selects the other validators, or all partners are automatically added as validators.
4. The initiator validates the mandates on their part when providing the mandate details.

Note that the initiator should notify the other validators of a pending mandate, as other validators will receive a notification of the pending mandate only if they have activated Suomi.fi Messages.

Validators are the other persons required for granting mandates jointly in the organisation. A mandate can be validated after the initiator of the mandate process has started the process of granting mandates.

1. The validators identify themselves in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations and select "Act on behalf of a company or organisation" as the role. They also select the organisation acting as the assignor.
2. The validators see the notification of mandates to be validated.
3. All validators must validate the mandates before they take effect. Mandates that have not yet been validated will be displayed in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations for a period of six months, after which they will be removed.

On the Awaiting your validation page, the validators can also see the mandates waiting for their validation. On the Awaiting others' validation page, the initiator and the other validators can see the mandates waiting to be validated by others. When you click the name of a party, you will see their mandates that have not yet been completed. To monitor the validation of individual mandates, open the mandate theme in question.
