The actual acting on behalf of another party takes place in the e-services of the different organisations, such as in the Tax Administration’s MyTax, Kela’s MyKanta or the digital service of the wellbeing services county. This means that you cannot start acting on behalf of the assignor from the user interface of Suomi.fi e-Authorizations.
You can act on behalf of the assignor only in those services using Suomi.fi e-Authorizations that can be used with the mandate that you have received.

The mandate you have received is not a general power of attorney. Instead, you can use it to act on behalf of the assignor only in a strictly defined matter.
Example 1: You have received a mandate to manage matters related to social welfare services from your mother. You cannot use this mandate to act on behalf of your mother in person at the social welfare office of the wellbeing services county. The mandate applies only to using e-services in the services listed on the page of the mandate theme in the above link.
Example 2: You have granted your spouse a mandate for managing matters related to healthcare. This mandate gives your spouse the right to act on your behalf in e-services that use the mandate theme in question.
The same person or party may have granted you several different mandates for managing different matters. You can view all the mandates given to you in the Suomi.fi e-Authorizations user interface according to the instructions on the page Where can I see the granted mandates?
