Your company’s name is an important part of the company’s image. A good company name reflects your business and satisfies all legal requirements.
The name of your company and its start-up notification are entered in the Trade Register together. After you have registered your company’s name in the Trade Register, no other Finnish company may use a name that can be confused with it. If necessary you can also use an auxiliary or a parallel business name.
