Consumer matters

An order placed online can normally be cancelled and the item returned. The legislation of the country of purchase is usually applied to purchases made outside Finland. 

Consumer Advisory Services provides advice for settling a matter between you and a company. The Finnish Financial Ombudsman Bureau FINE provides advice in problems concerning insurance, banking and investment matters.
