How do I log into Suomi.fi e-Authorizations?

If you are a foreigner and do not have Finnish authentication tokens, you can identify yourself to Suomi.fi e-Authorizations with the Finnish Authenticator app. In this case, you can only act as yourself.

It is not possible for everyone to use Suomi.fi e-Authorizations on their own in the web service. For example, foreign companies, certain Finnish communities and persons assisting elderly or digitally-inclined relatives must submit a mandate application to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.

The mandate application can be made without identifying yourself, but then you must print out the application, sign it by hand and post it to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. If the application is to be signed and submitted to Digital and Population Data Services Agency electronically, the person making the application must identify themselves to the application.

After you've identified yourself in Suomi.fi Web Service and chose between acting as yourself or on behalf of another person or an organisation, the selected role will remain the same when you move between Suomi.fi e-Authorizations and Messages.  

During the session, you can change the role by clicking the Change your role button at the top of the web page.
