Preferably make the agreements related to your business activities in writing. Use short and unambiguous terms and conditions of contract. Act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in consumer trade and in compensation situations related to it. Also comply with the Competition Act and the EU's competition regulations so that your company's actions do not limit economic competition.
