If there is a problem situation, try to negotiate the matter with the company first. If you cannot reach an agreement, the Consumer Advisory Service of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority will help you.
File a complaint as soon as possible after becoming aware of the error.
The pricing principles must be displayed inside the taxi. In certain cases you may get a reimbursement from Kela for your taxi fare.
