Instructions for when a mandate has expired.

Persons who cannot identify themselves in the Suomi.fi service can grant mandates or accept mandate requests by choosing between four ways of doing it. 

If a person aged over 18 cannot use electronic services or identify themselves in them, the mandates they have granted can be invalidated in three different ways.
