The assignments will familiarise pupils with social support and services related to, for example, mental health, illness and services for older people.
During the assignments, pupils will familiarise themselves with buying from online shops, problems encountered by travellers, and travel and consumer protection.
During the assignment, pupils will familiarise themselves with the possibilities and means of influencing social issues, elections and justice processes as well as the Finnish legal system.
During the assignment, pupils will familiarise themselves with banking and insurance matters, taxation and the management of personal finances and possible crisis situations.
The assignments are suitable for the Work and Entrepreneurship section of social studies. The assignments can also be used in entrepreneurial education.
