Where can I see the mandates organization has received?
You can see the mandates granted to the organisation by others when you have selected "Act on behalf of a company or organisation" as your role, and you have the right to grant mandates alone in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations based on register information. More information on who can grant mandates on behalf of an organisation
All received mandates can also be seen by
the company’s board members
private entrepreneurs, agricultural entrepreneurs and forestry entrepreneurs
authorised persons of a limited liability company or a cooperative entered in the Trade Register
partners in a general partnership and responsible partners in a limited partnership
shareholders of a tax partnership.
The persons who have been granted the representative’s right to grant a mandate can examine the mandates for transactions received by a company, an association or other organisation regarding mandate themes to which they have been granted the representative’s right to grant a mandate.
On the Received mandates page, you can see all the mandates that have been received. If you click on the name of the assignor, you will see all the mandates received from them.
If there is a large number of received mandates, you can
search for mandates that you have received from a specific person, company or organisation by the name, part of name or identifier of the assignor
search for mandates received for certain mandate themes or with a certain specifier
limit the list based on the period of validity of the mandates
download all mandates as a CSV file and view them in table format.
Valid: The assignee can act on behalf of the assignor.
Not valid yet: The assignee can act on behalf of the assignor from the start date of the mandate.
Invalid: The assignee cannot act on behalf of the assignor because some of the details of the mandate have changed. Invalidate the invalid mandate and request a new mandate if necessary.
The mandate theme is not in use: The assignee may no longer be able to act on behalf of the assignor because the mandate theme used in the mandate is no longer used for new mandates. Check whether the mandate theme that is no longer in use can be used for acting on behalf of someone in the e-service you need. Request a new mandate if necessary.
Expired: The mandate has expired, and you can no longer act on the basis of the mandate.
