Impact of moving on taxation

Taxation is affected, among other things, whether your move away from Finland is permanent or temporary.

Your general tax liability to Finland ends as soon as you move away from Finland on a permanent basis. If your stay abroad is only temporary, it has no effect on your taxation in Finland.
