If there is an Ohjaamo One-Stop Guidance Centre in your region, you can visit it and ask for help without booking an appointment for

Get support for your career choice and career planning

The TE Office and the employment services of your municipality offer you various career guidance and career planning services.

  • In career planning, you can discuss your career choice or a change of career.
  • In career coaching, you will get help with planning your career and improving your working life skills.
  • In a work try-out, you can try a field or work that interests you.
  • In a training trial, you can try out the training that interests you.

Apply for Nuotti coaching

In the Nuotti coaching, you will receive your own coach with whom you can find a suitable study or work place for you. If you are interested in starting the coaching, contact Kela's national rehabilitation helpline.

Consider workshop activities

You can ask the One-Stop Guidance Centre, the TE Office and your municipality's employment and youth services if you were able to get a work trial in a youth workshop.

After the workshop period, you may know better what work you want to do or what you want to study.
