Obligations for safety and health at work

The aim of occupational safety and health is to guarantee a safe, healthy and productive workplace. The employer’s statutory occupational safety and health obligations are related to the prevention of accidents in the workplace, seeing to the provision of preventive occupational health care and OSH cooperation with personnel.
