Different ways of working

Employment arises when you make either an oral or a written employment contract and begin working for an employer under the employer’s direction and supervision. As an agency worker, you are employed by the agency where you made your employment contract.  A self-employed person may work as a sole trader, as a freelancer, or as the representative of a company.
