Rules of working life
Minimum pay and general terms of employment (such as working hours and right to training) are laid out in collective agreements. Telework, part-time work and part-time pension are some of the arrangements aimed at making working life more flexible.

Working time, annual holidays and time off
Regular working time may not exceed eight hours per day and 40 hours per week. You will receive 2 - 2,5 days of holiday for each month.
