Turku Ohjaamo, located in Hjelt's house, welcomes all 16–29-year-olds. You can ask for advice on topics such as finances, housing, education, job seeking, leisure activities, or even loneliness.

Accessible entrance through the courtyard.

All services are free of charge, voluntary, and confidential.

The 2 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 meters from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 meters.
Asiointipaikalla ei ole omia esteettömiä autopaikkoja. Lähimmät esteettömät autopaikat sijaitsevat Tuomiokirkontorilla, Åbo Akademin päärakennuksen edessä. Nämä autopaikat sijaitsevat noin 100 metrin päässä Hjeltin talon esteettömästä sisäänkäynnistä.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
Saattoliikenteen pysähtymispaikka sijaitsee sisäpihalla esteettömän sisäänkäynnin läheisyydessä (etäisyys enintään 5 metriä), josta sisäänkäynnille pääsee siirtymään sujuvasti. Kulkureitti sisäänkäynnille on opastettu, tasainen ja riittävän leveä sekä valaistu. Kulkureitillä ei ole ohjaavaa pintamateriaalia. Ovien ulkopuolella on riittävästi vapaata tilaa liikkumiselle esim. pyörätuolin kanssa.

Hjeltin talon pääsisäänkäynti ei ole esteetön. Esteetön sisäänkäynti sijaitsee rakennuksen sisäpihalla, jonne on opaste pääsisäänkäynniltä.

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated.
Oven leveys on avattavissa 160 cm leveyteen. Esteettömällä sisäänkäynnillä on loiva luiska (leveys 120 cm). Esteettömän sisäänkäynnin yhteydessä on ovikello, jota soittamalla ovi avataan. Ovikellossa on valomerkki. Henkilökunta avaa esteettömän sisäänkäynnin oven sisäpuolelta.

The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a door phone and is heavy.
The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
