Instructions for employers

  • Contact the business services of the Turku employment region to arrange a RekryTreffit event.
  • You decide whether to make recruitment decisions on-site or to direct jobseekers to complete applications or attend follow-up interviews.
  • Define the job criteria to be used in the event communication.
  • Prepare an informational presentation lasting 10–30 minutes.
  • Be prepared to stay at the event until all interested jobseekers have been interviewed.

Instructions for jobseekers

  • Participation in RekryTreffit is always voluntary.
  • No advance registration is required.
  • Always read the job advertisements carefully, as the application criteria may vary.
  • Arrive on time – in some cases, you may not be allowed to join once the presentation has started.
  • Fill in the application form during the event and return it to the organizer.
  • Be prepared for a job interview, which is always part of RekryTreffit.

To whom and on what terms

An employer participating in RekryTreffit must have at least two open positions to present at the event.

A jobseeker can participate in RekryTreffit regardless of their place of residence, educational background, or employment status.
