A building permit is applied from the municipal building supervisory authority, which also gives advice on the matter.

A landscape work permit is required for earth works, tree felling and corresponding actions altering the landscape.

A demolition permit is required to demolish a building or part of a building located in an area covered by a detailed plan.

Minor projects, such as structures, facade changes, geothermal wells and property specific waste water systems, are treated as procedural permits.
