Minor projects, such as structures, advertisements, fences, facade changes, drilling a geothermal well and building a property specific waste water system are treated as a procedural permit. Changing the heating system requires either a building permit or an procedural permit.
Do the following
The architectural plans are attached to the application, which include the position plan of the lot and, depending on the project, floor plans and facade plans, as well as observational photos.
Neighbours' consultation is attached to the application.
Processing time
Permits are processed in order of arrival. Processing, including waiting times, takes 1 to 4 months, depending on the permit type, region and congestion situation.
Period of validity
The permit is valid for three (3) years.
