The municipality of Sipoo Sports and Fitness Services acts as a member of the municipal Culture and Leisure Time Unit, maintaining and developing municipal sports facilities to ensure suitable, versatile and safe exercise and leisure time for the inhabitants.

Many of the sports facilities may be used free of charge and without a booked time. For example gyms can be reserved for a certain time via the online reservations system Timmi.
