Suomi.fi Web Service enables you to check your personal data recorded in the Population Information System

You will now find more detailed personal data when you log into the Registers section of Suomi.fi. In the register, you can browse the information recorded on you in the Population Information System. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency, which maintains the Population Information System, has selected the data shown in Suomi.fi. 

For the time being, if you wish to make any changes to the personal data, you have to go to the Enter your personal data yourself page. The upkeep of the data will also be moved to Suomi.fi Web Service later. The new service will gradually replace the Check Your Registered Data service.

You can also notify any incorrect personal data to our customer service. Please note, however, that address details that are more than four years old will as a rule not be corrected or changed. The same applies to family relationship information that was excluded from the register at the beginning of the 1970s when the Population Information System was established. As a rule, such information will not be added.
