Notifications from Messages not sent on 12 October

Due to a disruption, users have not received notifications of messages sent on 12 October in their email or the application. 

The disruption concerned approximately 600 official messages. Due to the disruption, some users of the Messages service may receive a reminder of the unread official message, or the message will be resent. 

Messages have been received normally during the disruption. 

The disruption has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally again.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
