From their own registers, the authorities can make the information available in Suomi.fi. Customers can view their own register data by logging into Suomi.fi with strong identification.
The organisation chooses which information in the register is displayed to citizens in Suomi.fi. The information is only displayed to the relevant end user. Register data is separately retrieved from the register for each viewing session and they are at no time saved in the Suomi.fi Web Service. The data is displayed in Suomi.fi via the Suomi.fi Data Exchange Layer.
