In the Register data section, you can see what information about you is stored in different public administration registers after you have identified yourself in Suomi.fi with a Finnish identification token. The register data contains a compilation of the information selected by the registry administrator. Instructions are given in connection with all register data on how you can change the information in the register, if you notice any errors.
You can view your register data when you identify yourself in Suomi.fi.
Please, note that you cannot use the Suomi.fi Register data section as an official certificate. You can order an official certificate of your register data from the registrar maintaining the register.

The register authority decides what information from the register is displayed in the Suomi.fi web service. The registers may also contain other information about you that you can see in Suomi.fi.
Register controllers import data from their registers into Suomi.fi according to their own schedules. For this reason, viewing the data in all registers is not yet possible via Suomi.fi.
If you cannot find the register you are looking for, check the website of the authority responsible for the register to see how you can view your data in that register.
The languages in which each register’s data is available depends on the register authority. Some registers only contain content in Finnish.
The texts for the register pages’ user interfaces have been published in Finnish, Swedish and English. This means that, for example, the headings for data in registers are always available in the language of your choice, even when the data itself is only available in Finnish.
You are the only person, who can view register data that applies to you. Register data is separately retrieved from the register for each viewing session and they are at no time saved in the Suomi.fi web service.
Viewing information in Suomi.fi is secure and requires strong identification such as logging in with online banking IDs. Make sure that third parties do not see your information when you view it.
