Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of a limited liability company
The Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association are your company’s official founding documents. You must attach them to your company's start-up notification. If you file your start-up notification electronically, the Business Information System will create the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association automatically. If necessary, you can also create a shareholder agreement with the other shareholders. Shareholder agreements will not be submitted to the Trade Register for registration.
