When developing your marketing, you can ask for consulting also from ELY Centres. In matters related to regulation, ask for case-by-case assistance from the authority responsible for the supervision of the matter. For example, you can ask for advice in matters concerning radio and television advertising from the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency (Traficom) and from Fimea in the case of the advertising of drugs.
Chambers of commerce and many media sector unions provider advice for their members. Questions can be related to matters such as the planning and implementation of marketing, communication legislation and marketing law. Marketing sector unions include, for example, Finnmedia, the Association of Finnish Advertisers and the Finnish Association of Marketing, Technology and Creativity (MTL).
For example, the Federation of Finnish Enterprises also organises marketing and communications trading and offers its members legal advice.
