Everyone has a duty to help in the case of an accident. This applies to those involved in the accident as well as other people at the scene such as pedestrians, cyclists or people using public transport.
Emergency vehicles must always be given unobstructed passage.It is the duty of other road users to give way for it safely.

If you pass an accident site, drive at a slow speed to ensure the safety of the rescue personnel.
Do not stay at the accident site to take photos or video as it may cause danger and harm to the person holding the camera, bystanders and rescuers. In that case, you may be guilty of obstructing police or emergency operations, which can result in a fine or even imprisonment.
Taking photos or recording videos is also disrespectful to the victims of the accident. You may also be guilty of the offense of disseminating information that violates private life if you share images or videos of the victims.
