The practical organization of waste management in your property depends on whether you live in a private house or a housing association. According to the Waste Act, all residential and non-residential properties must have access to an organized waste management system. A contract must also be made with a waste collection company for leisure homes for the emptying of the mixed waste container.
According to the waste management regulations, a property owner can organize waste disposal in one of two ways. With a separate mixed waste container or with a group container (a mixed waste container shared by neighbouring properties).
