Apply for wage subsidy well in advance before the start of the employment through the E-services for Employees and entrepreneurs online service.
How to Apply for the Subsidy:
Apply for the wage subsidy electronically through the E-services for employees and entrepreneurs online service located in Job Market. You can log in to the service using personal online banking credentials, mobile certificate, or certificate card.
Fill out the application and attach the necessary documents through the service menu in the online service. Internal instructions in the service facilitate the completion of the application. Notifications from the service provide information about different stages of your application. By conducting transactions electronically, you can submit an application, respond to requests for additional information, complete your application, and receive decisions related to your case.
How to Apply for Subsidy Payment:
Apply for wage subsidy payment from KEHA Centre through the online service according to the subsidy decision.
Apply for subsidy payment on a monthly basis for pay periods ending in the respective calendar month. You can submit the payment application within three months after the subsidy period ends. The application does not expire during the subsidy period.
Notifications about wage subsidy payments are provided in the online service.
To whom and on what terms
City of Tampere Employment and Growth Services reviews the conditions for granting the wage subsidy, tax related information, and may request additional information before making a decision.
The employment contract can commence only after City of TampereCity of Tampere subsidy has been granted.
In the service, only authorised individuals can submit applications. The authorisation needed for wage subsidy applications is named "Apply for wage subsidy". Individuals with authorisation can use the service on behalf of their organisation through Suomi.fi identification. Only individuals with existing authorisation or a right based on registry information can use the service on behalf of the organisation. The service verifies the right to conduct transactions upon login. In addition to authorisation, using the service requires Company ID for organisational customers.
