To whom and on what terms
Supervision of meetings is a service intended for children and their parents. Its content is determined either by an agreement confirmed by the Social and Health Committee or a court ruling concerning the meetings between the child and the parent or the child’s supervised exchange between the parents. The agreement or ruling is a prerequisite for receiving the service.
The supervision of meetings is governed by Section 27 of the Social Welfare Act.
