You are eligible for social counselling for families with children, or family counselling, if you have children aged 0–17 in the family and need guidance for everyday life.
Several different services provide family counselling. You can discuss your need for support at a maternity and child health clinic, in early childhood education and care or with preschool or school staff or contact the wellbeing services county’s counselling service for families with children at 09 4191 5200.
