To whom and on what terms

You are eligible for short-term 24-hour service housing if you need regular support for living at home due to a reduced ability to function, for example during your informal carer's days off. You can also apply for the service in case of sudden crises where home-based services cannot support you to live safely at home.

To receive the service, please contact senior counselling either by phone, email or through the Maisa client portal.
