Do the following
Register as an operator in the fertiliser sector by sending a notification of the start of operations to the Food Authority. You can fill in the form in the online service Touko. The form is also available on the Food Authority’s website. Send your application for approval to the Food Authority.
To whom and on what terms
In addition to registration, the processing and storage of animal by-products requires approval. The application for approval must be sent well in advance before the planned start of operations.
Deadline
The notification must be submitted one month before the start of operations.

Period of validity
Valid until further notice.
