Quality Tools for e-services

  • Service
  • Nationwide
  • Public service Quality Tools are tools that an organisation can use to assess and monitor the quality and use of its services.

Quality Tools help the development teams of electronic services to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their digital service and develop the service to work more smoothly. Quality Tools are a commensurable solution that all operators can use. The tools give operators a way to compare their service with others’ and to improve knowledge-based management.

Quality Tools are made up of three tools:

  • Self-assessment tool
  • customer feedback tool
  • Utilisation rate measurement tool.

Do the following

If your organisation already has access to the Service Catalogue, your organisation may use the Quality Tools immediately with the Service Management (Palveluhallinta).

If your organisation is not yet a user of the Service Catalogue, you need an implementation of it first. You can implement it electronically in Service Management.

To whom and on what terms

To use the service, organisations must be registered in Service Management (Palveluhallinta) and implement the Finnish Service Catalogue.

The service is free of charge.
