On-call service for fraudulent transfers in the emissions trading registry

The emissions trading registry’s account holders can request a transfer to be interrupted if they suspect it was fraudulently initiated.
The Energy Authority is on call for fraudulent transfers on weekdays between 11 am and 5 pm Finnish time, excluding national holidays.
A request for the interruption of a transfer can be made no later than two hours before the end of the 26 hour transfer delay. ...

In case of a fraudulent transfer, please contact the on-call service immediately either by email at rekisteri@energiavirasto.fi or by calling.
After the interruption of the transfer, the account holder must notify the police of the suspected fraud and submit the same notification to the Energy Authority.
