To whom and on what terms

You can seek the walk-in services if you need help with a mental health problem, life crisis or substance abuse. You can contact us by phone or by visiting a walk-in clinic of the mental health and substance abuse services or the outpatient day clinic of health centres. The service is intended for adult residents of the wellbeing services county.

You can contact us by phone at 09 4191 1100:

- Vantaa mental health services on weekdays at 9.00–13.00

- Vantaa substance abuse services on weekdays at 9.00–11.00

- Kerava mental health and substance abuse services on weekdays at 12.00–13.00

You can seek the walk-in services by visiting a service point. You do not need a referral. If you want, you can bring a family member or loved one with you:

- Martinlaakso Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic on Mon and Thu at 12.00–14.00. Address: Laajaniityntie 3 (5th floor), 01624 Vantaa.

- Tikkurila Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic on Tue, Wed and Fri at 8.30–10.30. Address: Kielotie 20 C (2nd floor), 01300 Vantaa.

- MIEPÄ Service Centre on Mon–Thu at 8.00–14.00 and on Fri at 8.00–13.00. Address: Metsolantie 2 (stairwell C), 04200 Kerava. Please check in on the self-registration machine.
