Institutional care offers you long-term 24-hour care when you need demanding care that cannot be safely provided elsewhere. In a nursing ward, you receive both rehabilitative care and medical care as needed (for example, oxygen supplementation or airway clearance with suction equipment).

You can receive long-term institutional care if the decision is supported by medical grounds or grounds related to safety. The service can be arranged if you need extensive care in your daily activities.
