Spirits or tax-free alcoholic beverages may only be purchased and used by an operator who is licensed to use the products in question.
The licence holder may import alcohol for a purpose subject to the licence. Before the import starts, a notification must be made of acting as an importer.
Pharmacies and hospitals (excluding private ones) do not need a licence.

Submit a notification to the Valvira Alcohol Trade Register using the forms available in the online services. Log in to the service through suomi.fi identification.
