Amendments to the continuous synopsis record

Notification of amendments to be made in the Continuous Synopsis Record. As of 1 July 2004 the Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR) is mandatory for every passenger ship engaged on international voyages and every cargo ship of 500 gross tonnage or more engaged on international voyages.
