The family counselling clinic offers services to families with children under the age of 18.

Background information

Families with children can receive developmental and family counselling services that promote the wellbeing, growth and development of children and young people and support parenthood. Developmental and family counselling employees also help families who are struggling with everyday life and their ability to cope. The service is confidential.

The counselling includes assessments and guidance related to the child’s or young person’s growth, development, relationships and social skills, as well as other forms of support. The service can include social work, psychology and medical professionals.

The service includes guidance, counselling, examinations, therapy for individuals, couples, families and groups, speech therapy, and foster family coaching.
